Swiss Chard And Poblano Tacos with Avocado Crema

AVOCADO CREMA

1 ripe avocado
1 T lime juice
3/4 cup vegenaise
1 garlic clove, minced
salt

TACOS

2 T coconut oil
1 poblano chiles, cut into strips
2 bunches chard, cut into pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
sea salt
1 garlic clove, sliced
8 tortillas

1 batch Quick Citrus-Pickled Onion (below):

1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup lime juice
2 T orange juice
1/2 t dried oregano
sea salt
