Slow Cooker Sunday Roast

8 T coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 t Dijon mustard
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 t Celtic sea salt
1/4 t pepper
2 t garlic powder
1 chuck roast

Roast in a slow cooker 8 hours on low heat.
