Salmon with Cucumber Cream Sauce and Carrot Salad

1 1/4 lb salmon
salt and pepper

Cook Salmon in skillet.

CUCUMBER CREAM SAUCE

1/2 cup vegenaise
1 small garlic clove, grated
1 T lemon zest
1 T lemon juice
1 cucumber peeled and thinly sliced
salt and pepper

CARROT SALAD

1/2 t cumin seeds
1/4 t ground tumeric
1 large carrot, shredded
1 1/2 T chopped cilantro
1 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil
salt and pepper

Saute` ingredients in skillet.
