Homemade Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup water (plus more if you want a thinner consistency)
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Unrefined sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
