1 pound wild-caught salmon fillets
2 T maple syrup
2 T Dijon mustard
1. Preheat broiler and place the oven rack about 6 inch below the heat source.
2. Arrange the salmon on a baking sheet, skin side down, and sprinkle the top generously with salt. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup and Dijon, then pour the mixture over the salmon fillets.
3. Broil until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, 10-12 minutes. Serve warm.
