Creamy Caesar Salad

DRESSING

3/4 cup water
1 cup raw whole cashews, soaked for 2 hours and rinsed well
1 t Dijon mustard
5 cloves garlic
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 t raw apple cider vinegar
2 T olive oil
1 t sea salt

Combine in blender. Pour over romaine lettuce.
