Smoothie

Smoothie

Before working out, I prefer to make a smoothie with ice, almond milk and 2 scoops of Tracy’s shake formula. Another time during the day, I make this shake for antioxidants and anti inflammatory power.
  • Ingredients
  • 2 C fresh baby kale
  • 2 C fresh spinach
  • 1/2 lemon wedge
  • 1” thick pineapple slice
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 C fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 C frozen broccoli
  • 8 oz frozen blueberries
  • 8 oz frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 C water

  1. Directions
  2. 01. Throw all of the above into the large Vitamix. Put the first half of the ingredients in with the water and blend down slightly to make room for the rest!
  3. 02. Start low and turn up to high for 90 seconds. This makes 4 large servings (about 175 calories each). Anti oxidant, anti inflammatory, full of fiber, and delicious!
