Roasted Vegetable Pasta


Roasted Vegetable Pasta

  • Ingredients
  • Approx. 10 spears Asparagus chopped
  • Brussel sprouts (remove stem, outer leaves and cut in half)
  • Cauliflower (chopped)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea salt, pepper, parmesan to taste
  1. Directions
  2. 01. Place on baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
  3. 02. Bake at 400, mixing/turning a few times, until they start to brown.
  4. 03. Toss over favorite gluten free (or regular) pasta with another drizzle of olive oil, parmesan cheese, and pepper.
