Minestrone

1 T olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
1 small carrot, sliced diagonally
4 cups vegetable broth
1/4 lb green beans
2 small new potatoes, cubed
1/4 t red pepper
1 t dried basil
1 t dried thyme
1/2 t dried sage
1/2 t dried oregano
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t black pepper
1 can white kidney beans
1 small yellow zucchini
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup macaroni
