Tarragon Pasta Salad

1 package whole-grain pasta
green onion, sliced
2 T chives, sliced
2 cloves garlic
4 t fresh tarragon or 1 t dry tarragon
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
1 avocado, optional
1/2 cup Vegenaise
1 T balsamic vinegar
2 T fresh parsley, chopped
Celtic salt
pepper

Cook pasta according to instructions on package. Drain. Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add to pasta. Add remaining ingredients to pasta. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.
