Jalapeno Lime Cream

1 cup cashews
2 seeded, chopped jalapeno pepper
1 t lime zest
1/4 cup lime juice
1 T olive oil
1/2 t Celtic salt
1/4 cup water, or as needed

Grind cashews into powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add only enough water as needed to produce a smooth, creamy consistency.
