Almond Milk

1 cup almonds, soaked overnight
4 cups water
2 T coconut oil
1 t sunflower lecithin (optional)
1/4 cup maple syrup or dates
1 t vanilla
1 pinch Celtic salt

Blend and enjoy!

  2. Coconut oil can be purchased at most health food stores or online. You can also purchase it in bulk at preparedness stores.
