Raw Diet - Day 3

I feel amazing! I'm loving this new way of eating. The recipes are simple and filling.

Day 1


Breakfast:

2 oz Essiac tea

Mid-morning snack:

Vegetable Juice

Lunch:

Herbal Tea

Raw Tacos - I find it's more convenient (and less messy) to eat this as a salad rather than try to keep everything wrapped in the lettuce leaves.

Mid-Afternoon Snack:

Watermelon

Zucchini Hummus (Blend together 1 zucchini, 1/4 cup tahini, juice from 1/2 lemon, 1/2 garlic clove)

Dinner:

Curry Carrot Soup (So good! I poured it into a glass and drank it up.)

Snack:

Mango Shake
