Raw Diet - Day 2

Day 1

Breakfast:

2 oz Essiac tea
Strawberry Shake (Use Mango Shake recipe but substitute strawberries, fresh or frozen, for mango.)

Mid-morning snack:

Vegetable Juice

Lunch:

Raw Tacos

Mid-Afternoon Snack:


Fresh Pineapple

Dinner:

Ate dinner at Blue Nile Cafe (Love that place!) - Raw Spinach and Wild Mushroom Quiche and Raw Vegetable Crackers

Snack:

Mango Shake
