Raw Diet - Day 1

I am on a raw diet right now and am keeping a record of what I eat on a daily basis. I thought I'd post the information here for any who might benefit from it.

Day 1

Breakfast:

2 oz Essiac tea
Mango Shake (So creamy, naturally sweet, and filling!)

Mid-morning snack:

Vegetable Juice (Very energizing!)

Lunch:

Zucchini Avocado Salad (Simply delicious!)

Mid-Afternoon Snack:

Mango

Dinner:

Raw Tacos (Delicious and filling! Makes enough for several meals.)

Snack:

Mango Shake
