Caesar Salad

2 T almond butter or blanched almonds
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 T Dijon mustard
3 T fresh lemon juice
1T tahini
2 T olive oil
Salt to taste

Romaine lettuce

4 slices whole wheat bread, cut into cubes
1/2 t dried rosemary
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t Celtic salt

Drizzle bread with olive oil and coat with seasoning. Bake in 325 degree oven until crisp, 15-20 minutes.
