Zucchini White Bean Spread

1 zucchini, cleaned, trimmed, and grated
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 can cooked cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 T nutritional yeast
1 T white miso
1 T tahini
Salt and pepper

Place ingredients in a food processor. Blend well. Serve chilled.
