2 medium sweet potatoes
Homemade pizza crust
1/4 cup Vegenaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into very thin slices.
Lightly drizzle olive oil over pizza crust then spread with Vegenaise. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Layer potatoes over the Vegenaise and sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, and kosher salt. Drizzle olive oil over entire pizza (about 1 T).
Bake at 425 degrees for 18-25 minutes, until potatoes are soft and crust is crispy.
Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
