Steel Cut Oats


If you haven't tried steel cut oats for breakfast, you're in for a treat! While rolled oats turn into mush, steel cut oats are chewy and delicious!

And to top it off, they are easy to make.

2 cups steel cut oats

6 cups water

The night before, place in large pot and cover with a lid. Bring to a boil. Turn stove off and remove pot from burner. Let sit over night. In the morning, reheat and serve with fresh almond milk, your favorite fruits and/or natural sweeteners such as honey or maple syrup. YUM!
