Taco Salad

Shredded lettuce

Tomatoes, diced or Cherry Tomatoes

Avocado, diced

Pinto beans or Rosarita Vegetarian Refried Beans, heated

Quinoa, cooked

Homemade salsa or Pace Picante Sauce, Mild (Check your salsa's ingredients label. Most salsa contains ingredients you probably don't want to eat. I've found Pace to be the best for our family.)

Vegenaise (as a sour cream substitute)

Layer ingredients on your plate and enjoy! (We really love the Quinoa in the salad!)
And, no, there are no tortillas or chips in this salad.
