Salmon and Noodle Skillet

1 package whole-wheat noodles or pasta
1 T olice oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can water-packed salmon
1 to 2 cubes homemade vegetable broth (poultry seasoning)
¾ to 1 cup rice milk
2 cups frozen green peas

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until done. Drain. Saute olive oil, onion, and garlic in a large skillet. Cook until onions and garlic are soft. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until well mixed and everything is good and hot, then ad cooked noodles. Serve.
