Raw Chowder

Base Soup:
1 cup nuts (soaked overnight)
2 cups water
1 cup cashews
1 cup water
½ cup olive oil
1 t honey
1 cup celery, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic
1 t salt

Add the soaked nuts with the 2 cups of water to the blender, and blend until smooth. Add the cashews, and blend again. Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend well. To flavor the chowder add any of the following:
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Carrot
Corn
Serve as soup or over steamed potatoes and vegetables as a gravy.
