Hearty Tuna Casserole

3 cups uncooked pasta
2 cans salmon, drained
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 celery rib with leaves, thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped onion
2 t. prepared mustard
½ t. dried thyme
¼ t. salt
1/2 cup Vegenaise
1 medium tomato, chopped

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a bowl, combine the noodles, tuna zucchini, Vegenaise, celery, onion, mustard, thyme and salt; mix well. Spoon half into a 2-quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Repeat layers. Top with tomato. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 minutes longer.
