Freezer Fudge

2 cups almond butter
¼ cup carob powder
½ cup plus 2 T real maple syrup
1 heaping T coconut butter
2 t vanilla extract
1 t coarse Celtic salt

Combine ingredients. Line a dish with plastic wrap and spread fudge mixture on top. Freeze for one hour. Pull from freezer, remove plastic and cut fudge into 1 inch pieces. Freeze overnight. Store in airtight container in the freezer.
