Carob Banana Shake

2 large bananas, peeled, cut into pieces and frozen
2 cups almond or other nut milk
1 t vanilla extract or 1/2 vanilla bean
2 T carob powder (optional: use raw carob powder)
2 T Natural sweetener (maple syrup, honey)

In a blender, combine ingredients and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve or into popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
