Asian Fruit and Nut Salad

Head of lettuce
¼ red onion, minced
Dozen grapes, sliced
Chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, etc)

Dressing:
1 ½ c olive oil
1 ¼ c rice vinegar
1 ½ tsp sea salt
½ c agave nectar
1 T pepper
12 green onions

Blend all ingredients till smooth, pour over salad, toss. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
