Pizza Dough

A simple, tasty, no-fail recipe! My kids enjoy shaping their own dough and adding their favorite toppings to make their own individual pizzas. So fun!

1 cup warm water
1 T yeast
1/2 t celtic salt
2 1/2 cups spelt or whole wheat flour

Directions:

1. Add warm water to yeast. Let sit 5 minutes.
2. Add 1 1/2 cups flour. Mix well. Let rest 15 minutes.
3. Add celtic salt. Add 1 cup flour. Mix well. Let rest 15 minutes.
4. Add a touch more flour, if necessary, before spreading in pizza pan.
